Welcome to Hawel, the platform that enables you to send money securely to your loved ones in Sudan. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Service Overview
Hawel provides an online platform to send personal remittances from [Operating Countries] to Sudan.
Funds are delivered to the recipient’s account at the Bank of Khartoum or equivalent partners.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a country where we operate.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You must comply with all applicable laws.
Fees
Transfers up to $1,000: 2.5% fee per transaction.
Transfers over $1,000 up to $5,000: flat fee equivalent to 2.5% of $1,000 plus 2.5% on the additional amount.
All fees are calculated in USD equivalent at the time of transaction.
Transfer Limits
The maximum per transaction is $5,000.
The maximum frequency (per day/week) is subject to regulations in your country of residence.
No Refunds
Once funds are confirmed as received by the beneficiary bank, transactions are final and non-refundable.
If a transaction fails before delivery, you will be refunded in full.
Compliance
You agree to provide identification and complete KYC verification.
Transactions may be delayed or canceled due to compliance checks.
Limitation of Liability
Hawel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the transaction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Updates will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
